This happy Robot was Modeled, rigged and textured in Blender. The mouth block spins to one of four sides, each with a different mouth expression. Have made limbs thicker and longer now which I didn't like at first and thought looked a bit disproportionate but now I think it looks good. Have added texturing to limbs done with shader nodes in Blender and given yellow body paint a shiny surface.

Rigging - The arms & legs are bendy bones. They're two Octahedral bones in the body, the top Octahedral bone for pivot and rotate and the lower Octahedral for moving the Robot around.

Iteration 2 - Better render.
Grey eye ring was intended to rotate so robot could look in any direction but in next iteration I removed it. I had problems centering it when it was turned & animated, it made things unnecessarily complicated.
